Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified advance deposit.

Non-Refundable Policy

All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable. This policy allows us to guarantee your exclusive lake-view accommodations and prepare fresh, high-quality meals tailored to your arrival.

Payment Balance

The remaining balance of the total booking amount must be settled in full at the time of check-in.

Identity Proof

Per government regulations, all guests (including minors) must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport) upon arrival.

To ensure our team has sufficient time to sanitize and prepare your accommodations, we strictly follow these timings:

Stay Packages

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Day Packages

Check-in: 10:00 AM | Check-out: 5:00 PM

Early/Late Access

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will incur additional charges.

Per Person Billing

Rates are calculated on a per-person basis. Any additional guests not included in the original booking will be charged at the prevailing rate upon arrival.

Minimum Occupancy

Certain accommodation types, such as Luxury Tents and Dormitories, are subject to a minimum number of paying adults.

Dormitories

Our dormitory facilities are designed for large groups and corporate outings. We request all guests to use shared facilities respectfully.

Water Sports

For your safety, the use of Life Jackets is mandatory for all kayaking and boating activities, regardless of swimming ability.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in outdoor activities (Archery, Cricket, Water Sports, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.

Liability

Golden Trails Resort and its staff are not liable for any injuries resulting from the misuse of resort equipment, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions provided by our guides.

Peace of the Resort

We cater to families and couples; any guest disturbing the peace of others will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund.

Damages

Any damage to resort property, including tents, furniture, or equipment, will be charged directly to the guest responsible.

Intoxication

The resort reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests causing disturbance.

Environment

The resort is located in a natural environment; occasional insects, reptiles, or wildlife sightings may occur.

Complimentary Stay

Children below 5 years of age may stay complimentary without extra bedding.

Supervision

Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times, especially near water bodies. The resort is not responsible for injuries due to lack of supervision.

Outside Food

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the resort premises.

Meal Timings

Meal timings are fixed. Guests are requested to adhere to dining schedules.

Dietary Requests

Special dietary requests must be informed at the time of booking.
